Hmmm what about the next batman “The Caped Crusader?”?

Okay everybody I know this is the question on everybody's mind, it's a hot topic and I have a solution the hot question is... wtf are they going to do for the next batman since Ledger is dead??? Well since I know what I am going to say is going to offend ledger fans and stuff I would first like to say R.I.P cause ledger was an awesome actor and from what I hear, a great person... BUT!!! here are two solutions as to give the fans more to enjoy and obsess over.

This is going to be two suggestions the first is less preferred than the last. okay here goes and I hope I don't get bashed.

1.) REPLACE!!! Obviously I mean it is going to be tough to fill ledger's shoes but c'mon has anybody heard of the names Jack nicholson or maybe ummm an obvious choice JOHNNY DEPP!!! Not only do I have that to throw at the writers (who are excellent don't get me wrong) but replace Bail(pun intended shame on him for beating his mother up) I mean wtf why would he take the role of batman and say @#%$ Robin.

It's as if he wants to ruin the series and piss off the nerds I mean... did he watch the series as a kid? I mean robins no scarecrow or BANE he's actually very vital to batmans story... and wth you had her in dark knight why not throw in Batwoman (commisioner gordan's daughter aka Barbara Gordon the 2nd she was the littlegirl who played commisioner Gordans daughter... obviously) the titlename would be simple "GOTHAM Knights" versus "The caped crusader" it could feature batman, robin, and batgirl giving batman more peeps to save his @ss (wather than bringing back an obviously dead commissioner, could someone please give the writers a dramatic chipmunk for that move) and PLEEZ for the love of batman include Harley Quinn!!! wtf whats up with a quinless joker, all this time the story has been true to the comic, why stop now.

2. This one is so much better than the pain of having people complain about replacing Heath... make Batman older, do a total time jump where he is investigating the disappearance of Two-face, all while writting the joker off and throwing in some icons such as the ridler, scarface or many of the other iconic batman villains such as poison ivy or mr.freeze. In the end have a two-face faceoff (pun intended) and Give batman an ailment so finally once and for all they can hint and maybe even introduce batman beyond.

Although this would probably be geek suicide it would do wonders for the story, make it so the joker write off is intentional so it doesn't seem cheesed up and also create another cash cow and if Batman beyond is bamf than the non-geeks (sadly the dark knights majority audience) will actually like him and they can continue the batman story like they have only this time see Nolan's and the writers true perspective on the legacy they've laid-down with the dark knight, allowing them to even I dunno make their own villains too the story.(geek suicide I know but a nostalgic 90's kid can dream can't he?)

so since this is yahoo answers please answer my question which one is better 1 or 2 or do both suck? please put in your answer oh and btw "The Caped Crusader isn't the official sequel name
