Harley Quinn costume-any ideas :- )?
It's fall! its windy! the leaves are changing! the spirits are out!
I love Halloween, i mean, the gimmicky costume ball it's become. Much funner than howling to your ancestors anyways.
So i planned ahead and got my Harley Quinn outfit going-Red fitted dress to the knees that ties up with black tie and threading- subtle enough to not come off goth or something, harlequin diamond black and white stockings, and black heels with red and white diamonds stiched on. I'm already blonde so i'm just going to wear my hair in pigtails with lots of hairspray, and white facepaint with black lipstick and either black painted mask or thin fabric one held on somehow.
So for anyone who's bothered to read this far (whoah! attention spans!)
I was wondering what you think i could add to this costume, if you think for some reason boots would go good( i couldnt find any harlequin clown shoes, unfortunately) or if i should change/add something?
Just wondering what other people could contribute, especially if youre a Batman fan :- )

I too am going as Harley this Halloween. I have the perfect costume and everything… it’s just those darn shoes! I hear you!
I found this site where they make felt fabric elf shoes. They would look AMAZING as Harley’s shoes, the thing is the fabric is felt and it just doesn’t go with my costume’s fabric. However, for you it may be different.
You may email the maker and ask for a custom made Black and Red explaining that it will be used as a costume piece. I’ve placed her link under ’source’ Good luck to you!

Your best bet would be to buy a pair of red boot slippers and black boot slippers. Hey at least you’ll have two pairs to wear around the house. If you go to the shoe section of the stores they may have it.
