Joker has won Comic Villian of the Year 9 times but why ?
He has no super powers.
Second is Magneto with 5 titles. But why ?

In my opinion, its a cross between Michelle Pfiefer and Heath Ledger, but leaning more towards Heath Ledger

there is a villain in the original comic and catoon series who is constantly fliping a coin. who is he? Ive seen about half of the dark knight and harvey reminds me of him.
