I would like to be the joker for halloween this year to pay tribute to heath ledger so i want to be very accurate. What do i need for a joker costume???

I think they all had on costumes, he walked in the the office and said "lets put a smile on that face" and it creeped Oscar out. Kevin had on the same costume but his looked more like a clown than the Joker.
